Most people have heard of meditation and its benefits, but what is a sound immersion?
A sound immersion, sound bath, or sound healing session involves using the powerful vibrations of sound to help promote awareness, presence, clarity and healing at a deep, physical and emotional level. I use instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, Shamanic drum, Native American style flute, didgeridoo, chimes, rain stick, my voice and more, to create the perfect environment for you to receive whatever is needed for you in that moment, whether that’s guidance from your higher-self, physical healing, clarity and awareness or the releasing of blocks and beliefs that are holding you back.
